In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your purchase, we are happy to refund goods which are returned within 14 days from date of purchase provided they are unused, in their original packaging and with a valid proof of purchase.
Please email sales@lavacookware.co.uk with your name and order number and we will be happy to help you with your return or any enquires you might have.
We recommend using MyHermes as a low cost and effective courier service but you are free to return your goods to us via another postal or courier service. Lava Cookware will not accept liability for any parcels damaged or lost in transit to us.
